(cool) picks for the weekend: week 4

The Party Animals - LIVE!
The Party Animals take the stage at CenterStage this weekend dressed as animal rock stars, to sing a collection of original songs and children's classics. Before the show, families can enjoy activities in the theater lobby, including face painting, balloon animals, stilt walking performers, and more. You can catch performances at 11:00 AM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, or at 4:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for children.

Nature Recycling Crafts at the Carrie Murray Nature Center
From 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday, your tot or child can make a craft from recycled natural materials at the Carrie Murray Nature Center for just $1. The Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks established the Carrie Murray Nature Center in the late 1980’s after receiving a generous donation from baseball legend Eddie Murray. The Nature Center, dedicated and named in memory of Mr. Murray’s mother, is located inside the 1216 acre historic Gwynns Falls/Leakin Park.
