We had a great lunchtime visit to Weber's Cider Mill Farm today in Parkville with friends! Pumpkin selecting (not picking - - they had an unbelievable selection in the Pumpkin Palace), meeting barnyard friends, mini hay mazes, rubber duck races, DELICIOUS pulled pork BBQ sandwiches... can't beat this full-bodied flavors of fall mecca. Of course, we couldn't leave without picking up bakery-fresh Apple Cider donuts from their market for tomorrow. We know we probably missed some fun activities (we keep hearing about the hay ride), but nap time was calling. Next time, we know to make a day of it! And to bring a picnic blanket...
