it's that time of year again: 2011 mobbies

It's that time of year again... no, not the holiday season (although I won't lie, that's on my mind, too). The 3rd Annual Mobbies competition is well underway!

Not familiar with the Mobbies? It's the Maryland Outstanding Blog Competition sponsored by The Baltimore Sun.
